Joe works with clients to shape an idea, build support and turn it into a project with a clear plan.

Joe’s work has taken him through science, research, community leadership, social enterprise and business development. He uses that experience to work through complex ideas and find a practical way forward.

Through Community Visions Unlimited, he connected leadership and mentoring with discipline and enterprise. Build My Idea grew from that work. He helped establish the team of specialist businesses that now works together on client projects.

Joe spends much of his time shaping opportunities, asking the hard questions and preparing the strategy and funding case. He brings people together, agrees on how the project will run and keeps the work moving.

Ali gets to the bottom of a business problem and builds a working solution, whether that calls for software, automation or AI.

Ali started with websites and digital services, then moved into custom software, AI automation and systems used by multiple businesses. He likes getting a working solution into people’s hands and improving it through use.

Through InspiroArc and Build My Idea, he works out what needs to happen, then builds and tests it. His work connects information, cuts repetitive admin and helps people get through the day more easily.

He chooses tools around the job. His experience includes FlutterFlow, Firebase, n8n, Google Cloud, payment integrations and AI tools that work with a business’s own information.

Abdiwahab gets to know the people behind a project and captures their story through photography and video.

Abdiwahab co-founded Hillowle Media and helps lead its media and client-facing work. His experience covers photography, filming, editing, sound and the planning that brings a production together.

He listens first. His background in programmes and facilitation helps people feel comfortable in a meeting or in front of a camera. That gives him room to capture what makes a business and its people distinctive.

Within BMI, he helps with client conversations, stakeholder communication and business development, alongside planning and producing media. In 2024, he was a finalist for Most Outstanding Youth Worker and won the Emerging Young Leader Award.

Tama looks after branding, websites and the digital work that helps clients stay organised and present their business well.

Tama built Titanium Business Solutions around branding, marketing strategy, web design and digital presentation. He helps businesses communicate clearly and look after the everyday work behind their online presence.

His work can mean planning a website, updating a page, putting together a presentation or organising a spreadsheet. He also supports video production and documents the processes that help a team stay organised.

Tama is developing his skills in n8n automation and AI-assisted development to build useful tools for businesses. His approach to delivery includes clear communication, scheduling and following the work through.
