We worked with Liquid Drag Boat Nationals on project management and preparations for the return of drag boat racing events in Australia.
Our role included stakeholder relationships, community development, and digital and operational planning. Joe also contributed to governance, event structure and media direction as part of the work with the Australian Drag Boat Association.
The work focused on the arrangements needed to prepare for events and bring the people involved together.
